You will be instrumental in managing a diverse workload that affects multiple areas at Sinai Health. Your flexibility will allow you to effectively navigate the complexities of a multi-site academic teaching hospital, ensuring that our policies are both innovative and in strict alignment with evolving healthcare standards.

You are a detail-oriented problem solver, passionate about impactful health care outcomes. Your meticulous attention to detail will be essential in analyzing policy impacts and proposing necessary adjustments. Your problem-solving skills will play a pivotal role in refreshing our policy management program and in ensuring our policies meet institutional/departmental needs.

  7. Implement standard procedures for review, approvals and posting of policies.
  8. Support the policy approval process, including advising policy owners, educating various hospital committees on their roles and responsibilities in relation to corporate policies and how the committee structure supports the policy approval process, and articulating policy-related accountabilities for Committee Terms of Reference, etc.
  9. Maintain corporate policy repositories in accordance with Sinai Health’s record retention and destruction policy.
  10. Make recommendations to support ongoing evaluation, improvement and evolution of the hospital policy management strategy, program and tools.
