Qualifications
• The candidate should preferably be creative, motivated, good communicator, detail focused, and team-player
Responsibilities
•The candidate will prepare, negotiate, and edit asset purchase, stock purchase, and ancillary agreements in connection with the sale of a company
•Will maintain working knowledge of market terms in small and middle market mergers and acquisitions
•Maintain working knowledge of tax, intellectual property, employment, privacy, and related matters that arise in mergers and acquisitions
•Advise companies regarding corporate governance and fiduciary duty related matters
•Attract and maintain great relationships with emerging company clients

The candidate must be in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
