Job summary

Scotiabank in Toronto, Ontario is seeking an Analyst to manage a portfolio of medium to complex corporate loans and letters of credit, acting as lead agent where applicable. You will ensure data accuracy, accounting reconciliation and strict compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.

You will develop working knowledge of ACBS and LoanIQ, support risk management, and collaborate across teams to optimize operations and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Finance or business-related studies or equivalent.
• Hands on experience with servicing corporate loans preferable.
• Strong MS Office suite proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of medium to complex corporate loans and letters of credit.
• Ensure data accuracy, accounting reconciliation and record keeping.
• Adhere to governing regulations, internal policies and procedures.
• Assist in pricing, limits, and documentation compliance where required.
