Job summary

Northview Law in Kitchener is seeking an experienced Corporate Lawyer with 4–5+ years of post-bar practice to advise clients on corporate and commercial matters. The role involves drafting and negotiating complex agreements and leading M&A transactions.

Private equity, joint ventures, and strategic transactions are common, with opportunities for professional development. You will work closely with clients and other advisors, delivering practical solutions and building long-term relationships.

Qualifications

• 4–5+ years of post-bar experience in corporate law.
• Experience drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts.
• M&A experience is an asset.

• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Northview Law is looking for an experienced Corporate Lawyer to join our Kitchener team. This opportunity is ideal for a lawyer with 4–5+ years of post-bar experience who has strong corporate and commercial experience and enjoys working closely with clients on complex business matters.

We are seeking someone who combines strong legal expertise with practical business judgment and excellent negotiating skills.

Key Responsibilities
