• Handle annual corporate maintenance including business name registrations, extra-provincial renewals, and routine matters such as director/officer changes, redemptions, and dividend distributions.
• Draft and issue filings related to incorporations, amendments, amalgamations, continuances (import/export), dissolutions, revivals, and partnership agreements (both general and limited).
• Perform minute book reviews and rectify any deficiencies in corporate records.
• Assist with complex, multi-jurisdictional corporate transactions, including tax-driven reorganizations.
• Maintain and update the corporate records database.
