About The Role

As a CBRE Corporate Host/Admin, you'll be responsible for delivering a world-class customer service experience to employees and guests of a designated building.

Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada

This role is part of the Workplace Experience team, focused on providing exceptional customer service to building clients and visitors.

What You'll Do
  1. Greet visitors warmly, issue passes, and follow security protocols.
  2. Answer calls professionally, create presentations, and address inquiries.
  3. Coordinate recreational, dining, and business activities.
  4. Manage work orders for janitorial or maintenance services, and handle mail, supplies, and onboarding.
  5. Respond to inquiries and complaints with professionalism.
  6. Organize on-site events, including securing spaces and setting up.
  7. Follow security and emergency procedures, and notify relevant parties.
  8. Coordinate with vendors and explain information clearly.
  9. Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems, with limited discretion.
  10. Manage audits and troubleshoot the Access Control System, including programming and reporting.
  11. Provide weekly reports on Access Control System usage.
  12. Communicate with tenants and security via email, phone, and work orders.
  13. Process and bill work orders using Microsoft Angus.
  14. Oversee access control, maintain records, and prepare billing reports.
What You'll Need
  • High School Diploma or GED, with up to 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Ability to follow routines and standards.
  • Good communication skills for straightforward exchanges.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills and an inquisitive mindset.
