Job Summary: The Host provides friendly customer and membership services, completes daily cleaning and minor maintenance tasks to meet standards, and ensures a friendly, clean, and automated brand experience.

Responsibilities include:

1. Performing cleaning and inspection duties to ensure safety and cleanliness standards.
2. Providing friendly interactions with members and guests during cleanliness tasks.
3. Contributing to a positive, everybody cleans mindset.
4. Completing and understanding daily, weekly, and monthly tasks, communications, and training.
5. Reporting deficiencies and engaging appropriate actions.
6. Delivering excellent customer service, greeting members warmly, assisting with memberships, amenities, and automation processes.
7. Promoting memberships and amenities, and supporting automated club experiences.

Candidate Requirements:

• High School diploma or working towards completion.
• 1 year of teamwork or volunteer experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• WHMIS, First Aid, CPR-A & AED certifications.
• Effort, composure under pressure, dedication, and effective time management.
