WBA LAW LLP is seeking an energetic and highly motivated individual to join our corporate/commercial and real estate group. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 7 years of broad corporate, commercial and real estate experience. The role will involve assisting senior lawyers with corporate and commercial transactions and financings, drafting corporate and commercial documents, conducting due diligence reviews and providing legal advice to clients.

The ideal candidate will also have exceptional capabilities in legal research and writing, analyzing corporate and commercial documents and communicating with clients and other counsel in a prompt manner. An interest in client development and marketing is strongly encouraged and will be supported by the firm.
