Uride is growing! If you want to come along for the ride, we have a great opportunity for you! We are currently looking for a Corporate Accounts Administrator for our Corporate Accounts department.
What you'll do
- Create and maintain corporate accounts in the system.
- Organize and distribute promo codes, track usage.
- Follow up on A/R, invoicing, and payment issues.
- Book rides for corporate accounts.
- Manage and respond to emails, ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Copy admin on all corporate-related support/marketing emails.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Update records, databases, and documents.
Research & Reporting
- Perform online research and provide reports on relevant topics.
- Assist team members with administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- 2 years of proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role assisting with B2B/B2C accounts.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Experience with sales forecasting, opportunity management, and customer planning.
- Strong work ethic and an ability to adapt.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, work independently and prioritize effectively.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Self–motivated with an entrepreneurial attitude.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
