Job Description
The Property Service Coordinator oversees and coordinates the delivery of building operation services. Provides administrative support in Work Order Management, Health & Safety, Contract Management, Invoice Processing, and Vendor Management. Acts as the primary contact with service providers and ensures client requests are resolved promptly.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  1. Operations: Processes service requests, maintains databases, manages work orders, prepares tenders, develops scopes of work, and coordinates with contractors.
  2. Health and Safety: Ensures safety policies are followed, manages incident reports, and promotes a safety culture.
  3. Communication/Customer Service: Manages communication with clients and service providers, addresses concerns, and maintains relationships.
  4. Service Contracts / Financial Management: Reviews invoices, manages financial reports, and ensures billing accuracy.
  5. Problem Solving and Innovation: Analyzes challenges and determines appropriate solutions, often using multiple software applications.

Knowledge & Skills

  • High School Diploma with up to 1 year relevant experience.
  • Interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Teamwork and multitasking abilities.
  • Knowledge of tendering, Microsoft Office, and Oracle Cloud is an asset.
