Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics in Guelph, ON is hiring a Coordinator, Warehouse to coordinate customer returns and support the Eastern Distribution Center. The role requires precise communication with Customer Service and QA teams and routine use of the WMS for returns processing.

The position offers full-time hours from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with hourly compensation and eligible benefits based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Receive, organize and store returns at the DC.
• Use Blue Yonder WMS to complete receipts and adjustments.
• Communicate with Customer Service and OS&D by email to close returns promptly.
• Coordinate inspections with QA team for returned goods.
• Process paperwork for all returns and related import inspections.
• Assist with cycle counts and general warehouse duties.

Position Description Summary

Responsible for the efficient and effective coordination of all customer returns being sent back to the Eastern Distribution Center. Coordinate and maintain effective communications with the client’s Customer Service and OS&D Departments. Effectively manage relationships with the client’s Quality Assurance team. Reports to Operations Shift Supervisor and QA/Inventory Supervisor

Principal Accountabilities

(The following is intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed. It is not an exhaustive list of all expectations)

• Physically receiving, organizing, processing and storing returns as they arrive at the DC.
• Use of Blue Yonder Warehouse Management System to systematically complete all returns receipts and adjustments.
• Communicating with client’s Customer Service and OS&D teams via email to complete returns in a timely manner.
• Arranging inspection of returns goods with client’s Quality Assurance team.
• Processing paperwork for all returns.
• Responsible for all Import inspection loads. Receiving, communication with CFIA inspectors to coordinate sampling inspection. Ensure proper process if followed maintaining control of inventory until direction is received form CFIA
• Physically organizing Tankage and Food Bank Donation shipments.
• Working with EDC Inv/QA team for any QA Hold samples required for client.
• Assist MLF with test pallets.
• Sorting/moving/ relabeling pallets as per requests from EDC Inv/QA team.
• Assist with Cycle Counts
• Other duties as required.
• Hours of Work are 7am – 3:00pm Monday to Friday
