Timberline Canadian Alpine Academy in Banff, AB, is seeking a Coordinator for Student Recruitment & Engagement. The role combines travel, sales, and field activities to recruit future students and enrich the current student community.
Working with the Senior Manager, you will support recruitment events, lead outreach, and help manage CRM data, while actively engaging with students during the academic year and in outdoor programs.
We are looking for an outgoing and highly personableCoordinator, Student Recruitment & Engagementto support both the recruitment of future students and the experience of our current student community.
Working closely with theSenior Manager, Student Recruitment & Enrolment, this role will support recruitment and sales activities including school visits, trade shows, recruitment events, prospective student outreach, and enrollment follow-up.
When in Banff, the Coordinator will be actively involved with our 2026–2027 student community, supporting Program Managers with curriculum and field delivery, attending student events, and building meaningful relationships with students throughout their experience.
This is an active, people-focused role that combines travel, sales, student engagement, and time in the field. The ideal candidate will have a genuine interest in the ski and outdoor industry and be excited to represent the experience of studying and living in Banff.
Compensation:$60,000 annualized salary, prorated for the contract term ofOctober 1, 2026 to May 31, 2027.
