A leading hospital in Toronto is seeking a Coordinator for Professional Practice and Health Discipline. The Coordinator, Professional Practice and Health Discipline academics is responsible for coordinating various functions to support the department leadership team and the program. Reporting to the Director of Professional Practice and the Manager of Academic Affairs, the Coordinator manages administrative processes related to daily departmental operations. Responsibilities include organizing departmental meetings and events, coordinating special projects, supporting HR processes such as recruitment, attendance management, payroll, ordering supplies/equipment, and updating departmental intranet and internet sites. Hospital-wide duties include site leadership for the simulation lab, managing academic placements for IPP students, and providing coverage for administrative colleagues as needed.
