About the job

Reporting to the Market Quality Performance Senior Manager, your main responsibility is to ensure food safety and product quality downstream, including logistics operations and investigating customer and consumer complaints. You will ensure adherence to all quality policies, procedures, and systems in the delivery of products from factory shipment to consumers.

Key Responsibilities

1. Quality Logistics: Assist the logistics team in continuous performance improvement activities (FGL, first time right, incoming inspections, etc.), including incident management, problem resolution, and trend analysis.
2. Market Quality: Manage consumer and customer complaints and requests daily, support investigations with factories and the Quality team, and ensure timely communication of information to relevant services.

About you

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and competencies:

• Bachelor’s or College degree in science, food technology, chemistry, food engineering, or related field.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience, such as in food processing.
• Bilingual in French and English.
• Problem-solving skills and data processing ability.
• Proficiency with IT systems (SAP, PowerBI, Microsoft Suite, etc.).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of Quality Systems and Plant Operations.
