About the job
Reporting to the Market Quality Performance Senior Manager, your main responsibility is to ensure food safety and product quality downstream, including logistics operations and investigating customer and consumer complaints. You will ensure adherence to all quality policies, procedures, and systems from factory shipment to consumers.
Key Responsibilities
Quality Logistics
- Manage product holds and releases using the computer system, collaborating with warehouse and logistics teams.
- Assist the logistics team in continuous performance improvement activities, including incident management, problem resolution, and trend analysis.
- Represent quality in daily logistics operations: verifications, gap analysis, support for new procedures, and other activities to meet Danone's standards.
Market Quality
- Manage consumer and customer complaints and requests daily, supporting investigations with factories and the Quality team.
- Handle and complete requests related to factory quality, sales, logistics, and customer solutions, ensuring accurate and prompt communication.
- Maintain consumer and customer complaint data, ensuring accuracy, documenting investigations, conclusions, and action plans, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
About you
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and competencies:
- 1-3 years of professional experience in relevant fields such as food processing.
- Understanding of Quality Systems and Plant Operations.
