We are seeking a talented individual to join our Operations team at Marsh . This role will be based in our Toronto, Canada office. It is a hybrid position requiring at least three days a week in the office. The Invoicing Specialist will support Client Facing Brokers by ensuring accurate and timely invoicing, mentoring peers, and contributing to process improvements.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, fee transactions, finance requests, and related documentation.
  • Identify operational process improvements and collaborate with colleagues and leadership to implement enhancements.
  • Manage workload to meet SLA, KPI, and quality targets.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure high service levels.
  • Maintain compliance with quality and policy standards, including Errors and Omissions avoidance.

Minimum Qualifications :

  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience, preferably in insurance or financial services.
  • Strong numerical skills and ability to interface across organizational levels.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with technology solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude for handling negotiations and influencing stakeholders.
