The Human Resources (HR) Coordinator holds responsibility for coordinating various key functions within the HR Department. The HR Coordinator conducts research and analysis related to aspects of the employment relationship, as well as working with and supporting the Human Resource Advisors and Managers regarding a wide range of Human Resource Services at the local levels such as contract interpretation, union negotiations, grievance management, recruitment and selection, training, change and transition, performance management and team development.
Starting salary will be approximately from $67,861 to $84,826 and will be based on education, training, experience, and salaries of similar positions.
