The Coordinator, HR Operations will report to the Manager, HR Operations and Reporting and support key HR operational processes in Workday (our Human Resources Information System), with a focus on resolving exception-based transactions, managing case activity, supporting mass processing, and maintaining HR data integrity. This role plays an important part in ensuring workforce data is accurate and reliable, which underpins reporting, workforce insights, and informed decision-making across the organization. This is an in-office role, with an expectation to work on-site four days per week.

Salary Range: $44,000.00 - $73,000.00 Our typical hiring range for this role is $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 Salary decisions are also dependent on other factors such as your experience, industry benchmarks, internal equity and other role-specific requirements. For critical roles, the compensation offering will be reviewed to ensure alignment with market rate and conditions and the unique value you bring to the role. #LI-AG2
