Job summary

Canadian Tire Corporation is seeking a Manager, Data Strategy & Activation to shape and execute the enterprise data strategy. You will align business priorities with data investments, lead intake and prioritization, and maintain the enterprise data roadmap.

You will partner with business and technology leaders to translate objectives into data capabilities, drive governance and analytics initiatives, and provide executive-ready recommendations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in consulting, data strategy, data transformation, enterprise architecture, analytics, product management, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related discipline.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving both business and technology stakeholders.
• Experience building roadmaps, conducting business analysis, and managing enterprise priorities.
• Strong technical understanding of data architecture, data platforms, governance, analytics ecosystems, and cloud-based data solutions.
• Exceptional stakeholder management, facilitation, and executive communication skills.
• Proven ability to think strategically, influence without authority, and navigate ambiguity in complex environments.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the AVP, Data Capability & Activation, the Manager, Data Strategy & Activation will help shape and execute the enterprise data strategy by aligning business priorities with data investments, leading intake and prioritization processes, and maintaining the enterprise data roadmap.

What you’ll do

Our typical hiring range is between $80,000.00 and $131,000.00 per annum. Salary decisions are also dependent on other factors such as your experience, job-related knowledge, skills and competencies, market location, industry benchmarks, internal equity and other role-specific requirements.
