Position Summary
The Coordinator – Harm Reduction is responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing community – based testing initiatives for sexually transmitted and blood-borne infections. This role involves working closely with community leaders and health system providers to conduct readiness assessments, coordinate training activities, and ensure quality control. The Coordinator also oversees monitoring and evaluation processes, including the collection and analysis of program data to support continuous improvement.
Accountability
The Coordinator – Harm Reduction will be directly accountable to the Manager – Harm Reduction.
