Job summary

NorthRiver Midstream Inc. is seeking a Coordinator, Field Integrity to lead and continuously improve the Facility Integrity Management Program (FIMP) at our facilities across theMontney region.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Operations and Maintenance to inspect equipment, coordinate turnarounds, and drive safety, compliance and reliability. A mechanical engineering degree, EIT with APEGA/EGBC, and 3+ years in integrity management are required.

Qualifications

  • Engineering degree required (Mechanical or Materials Science).
  • EIT with APEGA or EGBC certification preferred.
  • 3+ years of integrity management or pressure equipment inspection experience.
  • Strong communication skills and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

  • Execute Facility Integrity program at NorthRiver facilities.
  • Support continuous improvement of FIMP.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry codes.
  • Report Facility Integrity program execution status to Management.
  • Develop inspection scopes and coordinate integrity inspections during turnarounds.
  • Inspect pressure equipment, review inspection reports, perform integrity assessments.
  • Investigate pressure equipment incidents and perform root cause analysis.
  • Participate in risk assessments and fitness-for-service evaluations.
  • Support capital planning and asset replacement forecasting.
  • Act as Owner's Inspector during repairs and alterations.
  • Coordinate, evaluate and audit the work of integrity service providers.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Maintenance and contractors.

What you’ll do:

Reporting to the Manager, Facility Integrity, the successful candidate will be responsible for execution and continuous improvement of NorthRiver's Facility Integrity Management Program (FIMP). Here is a sample of what your workday may look like:

  • Execute Facility Integrity program at NorthRiver’s facilities.
  • Support continuous improvement of FIMP.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry codes.
  • Report Facility Integrity program execution status to Integrity, Operations and Engineering Management.
  • Develop inspection scopes and coordinate integrity inspections during turnarounds.
  • Inspect pressure equipment, review inspection reports, perform integrity assessments and assign inspection intervals.
  • Investigate pressure equipment incidents and facilitate Root Couse Failure Analysis.
  • Participate in risk assessments and fitness-for-service evaluations.
  • Support capital planning and asset replacement forecasting.
  • Act as Owner's Inspector during repairs and alterations.
  • Coordinate, evaluate and audit the work of integrity service providers.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, and contractors.

What you bring:

Required

  • Engineering Degree (Mechanical Engineering or Material Science).
  • EIT with APEGA or EGBC.
  • 3+ years of integrity management or pressure equipment inspection experience.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Valid driver's license.

Preferred

  • Any of the following certificates: API 510/570/653, National Board Inspector, CWB, and AMPP/NACE.

Comments:

Salary: $75,000 - $95,000. Final compensation for this position will be determined based on the experience and qualifications of the successful candidate and will be aligned to internal equity.
