At Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment Partnership (MLSE), we exist to deliver the ultimate fan experience by lifting trophies, spirits, and communities – united as one.

We’re more than a workplace. We are a team of passionate people, boldly building the future of sport and entertainment, together. We believe in the power of play, the strength of collaboration, and the energy that comes from showing up with purpose.

From the ice to the pitch, the hardwood to the digital arena, we’re proud to be the driving force behind the Toronto Maple Leafs (NHL), the Toronto Raptors (NBA), Toronto FC (MLS), Toronto Argonauts (CFL) and development teams with the Toronto Marlies (AHL), Raptors 905 (NBA G League), Toronto FC II (MLS NEXT Pro League) and Raptors Uprising Gaming Club, the Toronto Raptors Esports franchise in the NBA 2K League.

We bring these teams – and world-class entertainment – to life at our iconic venues, including Scotiabank Arena, BMO Field, Coca-Cola Coliseum, Ford Performance Centre, BMO Training Ground, and OVO Athletic Centre. Off the field, we serve up elevated dining at e11even, Real Sports, and our signature club spaces like Hot Stove Club, ScotiaClub, and Platinum Club.

Through MLSE Foundation and MLSE LaunchPad, we use the power of sport to help youth facing barriers reach their full potential. Since 2009, we’ve invested more than $45 million into Ontario communities – and we’re just getting started.

This is what it means to be One MLSE: a culture where everyone plays a role, everyone belongs, and everyone contributes to something bigger than themselves.

So, if you’re ready to play with purpose, grow with passion, and win as one, we’d love to have you on our team.

We know that great candidates come from a variety of backgrounds and experiences. Even if you do not meet every qualification listed, we encourage you to apply. Your unique perspective, transferable skills, and lived experience may be exactly what we’re looking for.

Job Description

MLSE is seeking an enthusiastic, organized, and fan-obsessed Marketing Coordinator to support the continued growth and evolution of Fan Access, MLSE’s fan engagement and loyalty platform.

Fan Access is designed to build deeper, more meaningful relationships with our fans by recognizing and rewarding their engagement with our teams. Through exclusive access, rewards, experiences, content, and personalized communications, Fan Access creates more reasons for fans to engage with the team they love throughout the season and beyond game day.

As the Marketing Coordinator, you will play an important role in bringing the Fan Access strategy to life. You will support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, member communications, rewards and experiences, and in-venue activations while helping us grow subscription growth, increase engagement, and strengthen the overall fan experience.

This is a highly collaborative and hands-on role, working across Marketing, Digital, Product, Data & Analytics, Content, Game Presentation, Experiential, Retail, Partnerships, and Customer Service to deliver a seamless Fan Access experience across digital and physical touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Campaign Execution
  • Support the planning and execution of Fan Access marketing campaigns designed to drive member acquisition, engagement and retention.
  • Coordinate campaign execution across email, push notifications, in-app messaging, web, social, in-venue, and other owned and paid media channels.
  • Assist with campaign briefs, timelines, approvals, asset development, deployment, and post-campaign reporting.
  • Help identify opportunities to integrate Fan Access into broader team, ticketing, retail, event, and brand marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain the Fan Access marketing and communications calendar across MLSE teams and properties.
Member Engagement & Communications
  • Draft and coordinate compelling member communications including emails, push notifications, in-app messages, FAQs, reward descriptions, and promotional copy.
  • Help create personalized and relevant communications based on fan behaviour, interests, and engagement.
  • Support initiatives designed to keep members active throughout the season and create meaningful reasons to return to Fan Access.
  • Monitor fan feedback and work with internal teams to identify opportunities to improve the member experience.
Rewards, Experiences & Fan Energy
  • Support the execution of Fan Access contests, exclusive experiences, and member benefits.
  • Coordinate the end-to-end delivery of rewards and experiences, including member communications, winner management, fulfillment, and on-site execution.
  • Support the management and promotion of Fan Energy, helping create compelling ways for members to earn and redeem within the program.
  • Work with internal teams and partners to identify new rewards, benefits, and experiences that create value for members.
Content & Platform Management
  • Coordinate with Creative, Content, Digital, and Product teams to ensure Fan Access messaging and assets are accurate, timely, and on-brand.
  • Maintain organized campaign calendars, asset libraries, offer details, and program documentation.
  • Assist with testing and quality assurance to help ensure a seamless member experience.
Data, Insights & Optimization
  • Support regular reporting on key Fan Access metrics including membership growth, engagement, retention, campaign performance, reward participation, and redemption.
  • Compile fan feedback and program insights to help inform future campaigns, rewards, and experiences.
  • Develop a strong understanding of Fan Access audiences and help identify opportunities to create more relevant and personalized member experiences.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Support the integration of Fan Access into broader MLSE campaigns, events, and fan experiences.
  • Coordinate with Partnerships to support sponsored rewards, offers, and experiences while ensuring a strong experience for both fans and partners.
  • Help keep projects moving by managing timelines, deliverables, approvals, and communication across stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, loyalty, CRM, digital marketing, customer engagement, sports and entertainment, or a related field. Relevant internship and co‑op experience is welcomed.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong written communication, with the ability to adapt messaging across different channels and audiences.
  • An understanding of digital marketing channels including email, push notifications, mobile apps, web, and social.
  • Experience with CRM, loyalty, marketing automation, or content management platforms is considered an asset.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, deadline‑driven environment.
  • A collaborative approach and ability to build strong relationships across teams and functions.
  • Curious, proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn.
  • Passion for creating exceptional fan and customer experiences.
  • An interest in sports, entertainment, culture, and the evolving ways brands build relationships with their audiences.
What Success Looks Like

The successful candidate will help make Fan Access an increasingly valuable part of the MLSE fan experience — contributing to the growth of our member base, creating compelling reasons for fans to engage more often, and executing campaigns, rewards, and experiences that make fans feel recognized and connected to our teams.

You will combine strong execution and attention to detail with curiosity, creativity, and a desire to understand what drives fan behaviour — helping Fan Access continue to evolve from a loyalty program into an important platform for how MLSE builds relationships with its fans.
