The Toronto Rock Lacrosse Club in Oakville is seeking a Coordinator, Consumer Marketing to join our Business Operations team. You will plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels to drive ticket sales, merchandise, program registrations and facility bookings.

Reporting to the Director of Communications & Lacrosse Operations, you will coordinate with internal teams and external partners, manage calendars and budgets, analyze market data, and translate revenue

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
  • 2–3 years revenue, performance or consumer marketing experience with campaign execution and measurement.
  • Experience with digital marketing platforms and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

  • Support revenue marketing plans for all Toronto Rock Group businesses.
  • Coordinate day-to-day marketing communications with agencies and manage budgets.
  • Plan multi-channel campaigns and adapt content for each brand/audience.
  • Maintain marketing calendars, timelines, budgets and revenue targets.

LOCATION: Toronto Rock Athletic Centre - 1132 Invicta Drive, Oakville

REPORTS TO: Director of Communications & Lacrosse Operations

HOURS OF WORK: Full-Time, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Monday to Friday and some weekends as required

Organizational Overview:

Toronto Rock Lacrosse Inc. is seeking a Coordinator, Consumer Marketing to join our dynamic Business Operations team.The Toronto Rock Group, headquartered in Oakville, Ontario, includes the professional Lacrosse Club who are members of the National Lacrosse League (NLL), the Toronto Rock Athletics (leagues, facility rentals), Toronto Rock Sports Medicine & Wellness Centre, The Quarry (high-performance training facility), and Rock Lax Shop (equipment, gear & apparel).The Toronto Rock Lacrosse Club play their home games at TD Coliseum in Hamilton, Ontario and are the defending NLL Champions entering the 2026-2027 season.

Position Summary:

Reporting to the Director of Communications & Lacrosse Operations, the Marketing Coordinator will facilitate and support revenue generation across all Toronto Rock Group businesses through the planning, coordination and execution of integrated marketing initiatives. Working across internal teams and external partners, this role will help convert enterprise and business-unit priorities into campaigns that drive ticket and merchandise sales, program registrations, facility rentals, training clients and clinic bookings, and other measurable customer actions.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the execution of brand and revenue marketing plans for Toronto Rock, TRAC Athletics, Toronto Rock Sports Medicine & Wellness Centre, The Quarry and Rock Lax Shop, ensuring marketing activity is aligned with group-wide priorities and each business unit’s revenue, customer acquisition and engagement goals.
  • Coordinate day-to-day communications with marketing agencies and support the administration of media plans, budgets and buying activities to maximize reach, efficiency and return on marketing investment across business units.
  • Coordinate multi-channel campaigns across email, social media, TV/radio, digital and print for all Toronto Rock Group businesses, adapting content, offers and channel plans to each brand and audience to generate awareness, qualified demand, conversions and revenue.
  • Coordinate shared and business-specific marketing calendars, project timelines, budgets, revenue targets and performance tracking for all Toronto Rock Group businesses.
  • Gather and analyze market, customer, participant, patient and fan data to support audience segmentation, targeting and messaging that increase qualified demand and conversion opportunities for every Toronto Rock Group business.
  • Monitor market trends, audience insights and competitor activity relevant to each Toronto Rock Group business and summarize findings to inform group-wide and business-specific decisions on positioning, offers, channel investment and revenue opportunities.
  • Coordinate with leaders and internal departments across Toronto Rock, TRAC Athletics, Toronto Rock Sports Medicine & Wellness Centre, The Quarry and Rock Lax Shop to translate each business unit’s revenue objectives into coordinated marketing priorities and campaigns.
  • Support the planning and promotion of revenue-generating priorities for every Toronto Rock Group business, including ticket and merchandise launches, theme nights, community events, lacrosse programming, facility rentals, high-performance training and clinic services.
  • Collaborate with content, creative and business teams to develop visuals, copy, offers and calls to action that reflect each Toronto Rock Group business’s brand and audience while encouraging measurable customer response.
  • Monitor content and campaign performance across the social media and digital platforms of every Toronto Rock Group business and prepare group-wide and business-specific reports using engagement, lead-generation, conversion and revenue metrics.
  • Support SEO and SEM activities for the websites and digital properties of all Toronto Rock Group businesses, recommending updates that improve search visibility, attract qualified traffic and increase online conversions.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across all Toronto Rock Group businesses and support activations that advance revenue, sponsorship and customer-engagement priorities, including game-day presentation, sponsorship deliverables, promotional giveaways, contests, camps, clinics, programs and facility events.
  • Support school outreach, community relations and partnership initiatives that build awareness, participation and a positive profile for the Toronto Rock Group while developing audiences and future customer opportunities.
  • Track key performance indicators for Toronto Rock Group businesses, including ticket and merchandise sales, program registrations, facility rentals, training and clinic inquiries, web traffic, leads, conversion rates, campaign revenue and return on marketing investment, and prepare regular reports.
  • Share group-wide and business-specific data-driven observations and recommend tactical adjustments that improve marketing efficiency, conversion and revenue performance for Toronto Rock, TRAC Athletics, Toronto Rock Sports Medicine & Wellness Centre, The Quarry and Rock Lax Shop.
Qualifications/Experience Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
  • Two to three years of revenue, performance or consumer marketing experience, including campaign execution and measurement, preferably in sports, entertainment or a related field.
  • Strong project coordination, organizational and time-management skills, with close attention to detail.
  • Ability to contribute creative ideas, manage multiple assignments and carry projects through to completion.
  • Working knowledge of digital marketing platforms, analytics tools, CRM systems, Adobe Creative Suite and email marketing platforms, with the ability to track audience acquisition, campaign conversion and revenue performance; experience with Google Analytics and Salesforce or HubSpot is an asset.
  • Experience with Shopify is considered an asset.
  • Experienced in authouring A/B testing digital copy variations while maintaining consistent brand messaging across traditional and digital formats.
Compensation:
  • Base Salary range from $45,000-$55,000 based on previous experience.
