St. Paul’s Foundation is seeking a Coordinator, Business Intelligence to support fundraising operations through accurate donor processing, data integrity, and BI reporting.
You will ensure timely administration of donor information, prepare reports, and collaborate across departments to bolster data quality and operational efficiency. You will coordinate gift processing, data updates, and routine BI outputs while participating in process improvements and maintaining internal controls.
Annual Salary Range: Range $57,000 to $70,000. Typical hiring range $60,000 to $67,000
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Location: Hybrid (3 days in office per week)

The Coordinator, Business Intelligence plays a key role in supporting the Foundation's fundraising operations through the accurate processing of donations, maintenance of donor data, and coordination of business intelligence and reporting activities. This position contributes to data integrity, operational efficiency, and informed decision-making by ensuring the timely administration of donor information, preparing reports, supporting continuous process improvements, and providing administrative support to the Business Intelligence team. Working collaboratively across departments, the Coordinator helps ensure the Foundation's systems, data, and processes effectively support fundraising and organizational priorities.
As a not-for-profit foundation entrusted with donor funds and community partnerships, the successful candidate must complete and pass a criminal background check prior to commencing employment.
