St. Paul’s Foundation in Vancouver is seeking a Philanthropy Coordinator to support major gifts, donor relations, and fundraising initiatives.
You will partner with clinicians, researchers, and leadership to ensure a seamless donor experience and accurate gift processing within our CRM systems. The role focuses on tracking engagement, coordinating proposals and reports, and contributing to campaigns that advance patient care and medical research across BC.
Range $57,000 to $70,000. Typical hiring range $60,000 to $67,000

The Philanthropy Coordinator supports major gifts at St. Paul’s Foundation by helping fundraisers and leaders cultivate strong, lasting relationships with donors. The role ensures donors have a meaningful and seamless experience as they invest in healthcare, research, and patient care across BC, collaborating closely with clinicians, researchers, and senior leadership. Responsibilities include tracking donor engagement, coordinating gift processing, and contributing to the planning and execution of initiatives that advance patient care and medical research. The role supports major gift strategies that bring critical healthcare projects and research to life.
As a not-for-profit foundation entrusted with donor funds and community partnerships, the successful candidate must complete and pass a criminal background check prior to commencing employment.
