We are currently hiring for the position of:
ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE COORDINATOR
The Accounts Receivable Coordinator will support the Accounts Receivable team. This entails assisting in processing the day-to-day transactions, including invoices, payments, cash sales and credit memos as well as monitoring and acting on aged receivables.
The coordinator will also maintain well organised electronic filing of all AR and related documentation.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Processing AR invoice requests in a timely and accurate manner.
Processing and recording customer payments (cheques, cash, wires, and credit cards).
Preparing daily bank deposits (AR payments, Concessions and Retail, misc.).
Assisting the AP team during the festival as required.

JOB GRADE & SALARY:
Job Grade: 1
Job Grade Salary Range: $25 Hourly
TARGET CONTRACT DATES:
July 2, 2025 – November 15, 2025
WORK LOCATION:
Office Location: 350 King Street West, Toronto, ON M5V 3X5
Weekly in-office requirements:
Minimum 2 days (November to April)
Minimum 3 days (May to October)
Festival Office Requirements: Full Time during Festival
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
A university degree or college diploma in accounting/finance or currently enrolled in a post-secondary institution program in accounting/ finance or has previous training or experience in accounting.
Experience and/or educational background in accounting.
Strong organizational and administrative skills with extreme attention to detail, diligent record-keeping, and the ability to effectively prioritize tasks.
Strong computer and data management skills .
Strong, effective, and professional communicator and strong interpersonal skills
Responds to change with flexibility, nimbleness, and a positive attitude.
Adaptable to a flexible work schedule including some evenings.
This position requires being in office on a regular basis.
