Job summary

Delmar International Inc. in Montreal, QC is seeking a Logistics Coordinator for the Ground Transportation division to serve as the main contact for assigned client accounts.

You will support operations by delivering fast, accurate responses and coordinating road shipments. The role requires 1–2 years in a related field, prior customer service experience, knowledge of the trucking industry, and bilingualism in English and French.

Responsabilités

• Offrir un service à la clientèle exceptionnel
• Répondre rapidement aux demandes des clients dans les délais établis
• Organiser et coordonner efficacement les expéditions par route
• Saisir les données avec précision et efficacité dans notre système informatique
• Assurer le suivi et la traçabilité des expéditions afin de garantir une livraison dans les délais
• Préparer et tenir à jour les procédures opérationnelles normalisées (PON) des clients

Exigences

• 1 à 2 ans d'expérience dans un domaine connexe
• Expérience en service à la clientèle
• Connaissance du secteur du transport routier
• Le bilinguisme (anglais et français) est obligatoire
