We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring timely material availability, ensuring smooth coordination between suppliers and internal teams, managing order processing, and supporting operational efficiency within our distribution processes. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with suppliers to confirm orders, track shipments, and resolve any issues.
• Process and track purchase orders within the ERP system to ensure timely deliveries.
• Monitor material availability and collaborate with internal teams to prevent delays.
• Assist in optimizing logistics workflows and improving operational efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to supplier communications and order processing.
• Support cross-functional teams in coordinating supply chain activities.
• Perform other related duties as required.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Diploma or degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in logistics, procurement, or supply chain coordination.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office; ERP experience is an asset.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities, particularly with suppliers.
• Ability to manage priorities effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Resourceful, adaptable, and capable of working independently.
• Excellent communication skills in French.

Schedule: Sunday to Wednesday 8:00 am to 6:00 pm
