The Cook's Helper is responsible for performing a variety of preparation duties in a traditional institutional kitchen in accordance with production schedules and standardized recipes, following accepted safety and food handling policies and procedures with an overall focus on implementing quality and quantity food standards and controls as established for the Department.

Hours of Work: 3:30 pm - 7:30 pm (4 on, 4 off)
