Job summary

Holt Renfrew is seeking a Cook to prepare and cook meals under the direction of the Executive Chef. The role emphasizes working in a fashion-forward luxury retail environment, with a strong focus on food quality, safety, and timely service.

• Keeps records of quantities used and assists with food and supplies ordering.
• Ensures proper rotation of perishable stocks.
• Comply with all Health & Safety policies and requirements.

Cook The Cook prepares and cooks food, under the guidance of the Executive Chef.

• Controls waste of food

• Maintains prep and storage areas in a clean, tidy and safe manner
• Keep records of quantities used and assists with food and supplies ordering

Hiring Range / Échelle salariale à l’embauche : $17.60 - $29.25 / 17,60$ - 29,25$ (per hour / de l’heure)

Final compensation for this position will be determined based on the candidate's unique skills, expertise, individual qualifications, and assessed contributions to the role following the completion of the interview process.
