Position OverviewThe Charge Cook leads the complete operation of the kitchen, which includes food preparation, food distribution, and the coordination of kitchen activities to ensure that high quality services required by patients and staff at the site are met. The Charge Cook supervises all staff to ensure all phases of the operation comply with required legislation, policies, procedures and standards.
