TO Live is seeking a Prep Cook to join our Patron and Events Services team in Toronto. The role supports event and venue operations, with a schedule that includes weekdays, weeknights and weekends.
This is a unionized position and you will be required to join IATSE Local B-173. TO Live’s Patron and Events Services department is currently accepting applications for the role of Prep Cook.
The Cook will work a varied schedule including weekdays, weekday evenings and weekends. Candidates must have a flexible schedule and be available to work any of the above. This is a unionized position; successful candidates will be required to join IATSE Local B-173.
This hourly position reports to the Executive Chef; and/or their designate and work independently or with team of 2 – 25 other cooks (event based). The role is based at Meridian Hall with occasional shifts at the Meridian Arts Centre and the St Lawrence Centre for the Arts.
