Job description

We are looking for motivated Cooks to enhance our kitchen team. As a Cook, you have a passion for food and hospitality, a commitment to excellence, and a desire to learn and grow. We’ll teach you everything you need to know, no experience necessary! You build culinary masterpieces alongside your team to create unforgettable dining experiences for our guests.

As a Cook, you will:

  1. Develop and hone your culinary skills to create food you’re proud of. Whether you’re new to the kitchen or coming with experience, we will teach you everything you need to know to level up your culinary skills.
  2. Uphold Earls standards through exceptional food production. Contribute to a high functioning kitchen through flawless execution, consistent quality control, and an unwavering commitment to safety.
  3. Create authentic team connections that foster collaboration. Cultivate an environment of connected, committed collaborations that support a culture of teamwork.
  4. Uphold the highest kitchen standards. Take responsibility and accountability for the safety and cleanliness of your station, and the quality of product you present.
  5. Utilize your passion for the guest experience. Display your love for the culinary arts through perfect execution, unmatched product knowledge, and an unwavering commitment to the guest experience.
What we need from you:

  1. A passion for culinary experiences and a commitment to teamwork and fun.
  2. A commitment to fostering a supportive and engaging experience for your team members and guests.
  3. A willingness to learn and an openness to feedback, coaching, and mentorship.
  4. Certification(s) to responsibly work in and create a safe and clean environment for food production and consumption (ie: Food Safe Level 1) is a bonus.
  5. The ability to legally work in Canada.
