Job Summary

Summary: Prepare food according to federal, state, and corporate standards, ensuring quality service at all times.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Prepare high-quality food items following standardized recipes to meet schedules.
  2. Serve meals or prepare for delivery, ensuring correct portioning, temperature, and presentation. Taste all prepared food.
  3. Use established ticket procedures during service and maintain records.
  4. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and proper storage of food and supplies.
  5. Operate and maintain kitchen equipment.
  6. Assist in production planning, record keeping, and ordering supplies.
  7. Report maintenance needs or equipment issues immediately.
  8. Attend safety and in-service meetings.
  9. Maintain good relationships with coworkers and management.
  10. Follow safety standards, including HACCP, and all company policies on safety and handling.
