The Cook is responsible for preparing and cooking all main meals according to requirements, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality meals to standards set by Dana Hospitality. The shifts vary from Monday to Saturday, approximately 30 hours per week.

Your Work Will Include

  • Using various cooking methods such as deep-frying, pan-frying, broiling, baking, boiling, grilling, sautéing, steaming, and others
  • Preparing meals within the allocated food budget
  • Maintaining consistency in food delivery, handling, storing, and labeling in compliance with FOODSAFE standards
  • Final food presentation, including plating and garnishing
  • Operating commercial kitchen equipment like stoves, ovens, steamers, grills, and broilers
  • Assisting in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen

Qualifications

  • Food Safety certification

  • Professionalism and punctuality
