Job summary

Kibbi in Canada (Gaspé) is seeking a Kitchen Professional to prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods. You will train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food, maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment, and oversee kitchen operations.

Work is in French, with 30 to 40 hours per week and shifts including early mornings, mornings, days, evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
• Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
