Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Capital Markets, Financial Services, Management Consulting, Corporate Strategy, or related field.
• Demonstrated experience supporting executive leadership teams and cross-functional initiatives.
• Deep understanding of Capital Markets businesses, products, clients, and regulatory environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with CM COO and leadership to develop and execute strategic priorities.
• Drive enterprise initiatives from concept through execution with measurable outcomes.
• Coordinate annual planning, reviews, and leadership offsites.
• Prepare executive briefings, board materials, and leadership communications.
• Lead governance forums and cross-functional collaboration across departments.
