Hercules Group of Companies in Dartmouth, NS is hiring a Production Technician for the Stellar Industrial Sales branch. You will work with conveyor belting to manufacture and repair, install belts, and provide excellent customer service to meet order specifications.

The role reports to the Belting Operations Supervisor and offers a Monday to Friday 8-5 schedule with comprehensive benefits, growth opportunities, and a safety‑minded team focused on quality and reliability.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Mechanically inclined with attention to detail.
• Able to perform basic math calculations.
• Overtime availability to meet customer requirements.
• Legally entitled to work in Canada.
• Forklift training is an asset.

Responsabilités

• Manufacture conveyor belts to customer specifications (training will be provided).
• Complete inspections on belts before sending to customers.
• Prepare packaging and verify all documents before sending completed orders to shipping.

We are looking for a strong, self starter to join our team as a Production Technician for our Stellar Industrial Sales branch in Dartmouth NS. Reporting to the Belting Operations Supervisor, the Production Technician works with conveyor belting to manufacture and repair, install belts as well as provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Manufacture conveyor belts to customer specifications (training will be provided)
• Complete inspections on belts before sending to customers
• Prepare packaging and verify all documents before sending completed orders to shipping department

Qualifications

• Mechanically inclined
• Accurate with details and measuring, able to perform basic math calculations
• Forklift Operator Safety Training an asset
• Be available for overtime when needed to meet customer requirements
• Legally entitled to work in Canada
