Salary Range: CA$70,000.00/yr - CA$100,000.00/yr

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Conveyancer to join a well-established real estate-focused notary and legal firm. The successful candidate will handle approximately 30 real estate transactions per month in a professional and supportive environment.

Must Haves

• 5+ years of experience in conveyancing or legal assistance
• Experience in a legal, real estate, or notary practice
• Ability to manage 30 real estate transactions per month
• Willingness and ability to commute to the North Vancouver (Lower Lonsdale) office 5-days a week.

Nice to Haves

• Familiarity with real estate software programs (training can be provided)
• Experience working with realtors, lenders, and legal professionals

Responsibilities
