The Opportunity

We're building a specialized roster of Real Estate Conveyancers to support our growing network of BC lawyers. This remote role offers flexibility, work-life balance, and the chance to be part of the future of legal practice.

What You'll Do

• Process complete real estate transactions (purchases, sales, refinances)

• Prepare documentation compliant with BC Land Title Act requirements

• Conduct title searches and prepare comprehensive reports

• Calculate adjustments and manage closing financials

• Coordinate with all stakeholders throughout transactions

• Ensure accurate, timely registration with Land Title Office

• Maintain meticulous digital files and documentation

Your Experience & Skills

• 3+ years BC conveyancing experience (residential, commercial, or both)

• Fully familiar with mortgage documentation and requirements of all lenders

• Proficiency with BC Land Title procedures and requirements

• Experience with own conveyancing software (i.e. ProSuite, Unity)

• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities

• Self-direction while meeting critical deadlines

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• BC residency (required for compliance)
