Job summary

Mace is seeking an experienced Electrical Construction Manager in Vancouver to lead electrical activities on major infrastructure packages. You will coordinate contractors, oversee installation, testing, commissioning and handover, and align electrical works with civil, structural, mechanical, and systems teams.

Demonstrated leadership, strong communication, and stakeholder-management skills are essential to drive delivery in safety-critical environments.

Qualifications

• Extensive electrical construction management experience on major infrastructure or heavy civil projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical installation, testing and commissioning.
• Experience managing major contractors and complex construction packages.
• Proven ability to coordinate electrical works within multidisciplinary civil engineering environments.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, interfaces and site logistics.
• Experience operating within demanding safety-critical construction environments.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to drive delivery while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
• Canadian infrastructure experience would be advantageous but is not essential.

Note: The estimated salary for this position is 100,000 - 140,000 CAD. Starting salary may vary based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, skills and qualifications.
