Vice President, Recruitment Services at Vaco

Our client is seeking an interim Finance Manager for a 3-month contract. This position is 100% remote.

About the Opportunity:
  • Manage day-to-day accounting functions, including A/R, A/P, and financial statement preparation.
  • Oversee and prepare reconciliations, journal entries, deferred revenue, A/P, and A/R.
  • Coordinate and manage the annual audit process by preparing necessary working papers.
  • Prepare reports, analyze variances, identify risks, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Review invoices, authorize payments, and oversee accounts payable and receivable for the organization.
  • Post journal entries for all transactions.
  • Review current processes and recommend improvements.
  • Support other projects and initiatives through ad hoc analysis and reporting.
About You:
  • 5-10 years of experience in a Finance Manager or higher role.
  • Hands-on experience with posting journal entries in A/R, A/P, and bank transactions.
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel and Office 365.
  • Experience in the NPO sector is required.
  • Proficiency with QuickBooks Online is required.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
