Controller

We are seeking a Controller to join our clients team. The VP of Finance has identified a need for a skilled consultant to address accounting clean-up and reconciliation needs. This is a key project to ensure the accuracy of financial systems and reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, financial systems, and process improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Clean up and reconcile financial data within Sage 300.
• Address long-standing AR/AP issues.
• Perform prepaid reconciliations.
• Ensure the accuracy of financial systems.
• Support monthly and quarterly reporting processes.

• Strong accounting background with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Sage 300 is required.
• Experience with QuickBooks Online and Salesforce is an asset.
• Proven ability to reconcile complex accounts.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage projects effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
