Job summary

People Store Staffing seeks a Controller to oversee accounting, budgeting and financial reporting for two related companies in Woodbridge and Mississauga. You will consolidate Canadian-dollar results, prepare US-dollar reports, and build Power BI dashboards to support business decisions.

You will lead budgeting and forecasting, ensure accurate books in QuickBooks Online, and coordinate audits with external auditors. CPA designation is preferred and cross-entity experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Progressive experience in accounting or controllership; degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Power BI, reporting across multiple entities.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, financial analysis, cost control and applicable accounting standards.
• Experience preparing financial statements and forecasts across multiple entities and currencies.
• Clear communication skills and ability to manage deadlines across two organizations.
• CPA designation is preferred.

What you’ll do
