You will oversee all finance and accounting functions, ensuring robust controls, accurate reporting, budgeting, and forecasting in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate brings CPA designation and 5+ years in manufacturing finance, with 3+ years of leadership and strong SAP/ERP software experience.

Qualifications

• CPA designation required.

Responsibilities

• Lead all finance and accounting operations.
• Maintain strong internal controls and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Oversee month-end, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
• Analyze financial results, identify variances, and recommend improvements.
• Manage general ledger, cost accounting, inventory accounting, payroll, and accounts payable/receivable functions.
• Support capital asset management and cost-control initiatives.
• Coordinate internal and external audits.
• Develop and mentor finance team members.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reporting accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Ensure departmental objectives and deadlines are achieved.

Job Title: Health Safety & Environmental

Location: London ON

Position Type: Full-time, In person

Salary: $125,000 - $155,000 CAD + bonus and comprehensive benefits

The Controller is responsible for leading all finance and accounting functions while supporting operational leadership. This role ensures strong financial controls, accurate reporting, compliance, budgeting, forecasting, and team development within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will be a proactive leader with strong analytical, communication, and team-building skills.
