Job description

We are currently recruiting for a Controller for a manufacturing client in the Bowling Green area. As the Controller, you will manage and lead a team of 5 individuals and report to a Site Leader and dotted line to the CFO. The Controller will oversee the financial operations of our client's manufacturing facility, including invoicing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, benefit programs, insurance, inventory, tax filings, financial analysis and reporting, forecasting, and more. This is a hands-on position that involves building and managing a team.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting
• CPA highly desired
• Manufacturing experience is essential
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or U.S. Perm Resident
• Must reside within a commutable distance to Bowling Green, OH
