Aperçu :

Nous recherchons un(e) analyste des contrats rigoureux(se) et expérimenté(e) pour rejoindre une équipe dynamique spécialisée en aérostructures. Ce poste implique la gestion et l’analyse de contrats complexes avec de nouveaux fournisseurs, ainsi que le rôle de conseiller principal pour toutes les questions contractuelles. Le candidat idéal possède une solide expérience en approvisionnement et en négociation contractuelle, notamment dans les secteurs manufacturier ou aérospatial.

Responsabilités principales :

• Analyser et soutenir le développement de contrats avec de nouveaux fournisseurs.

• Agir comme conseiller principal en matière de contrats au sein de l’équipe.

• Collaborer avec les parties prenantes internes pour assurer l’alignement des contrats avec les objectifs stratégiques.

• Négocier des éléments contractuels complexes, y compris les modifications 3PL et les stratégies basées sur les prévisions historiques.

• Assurer la conformité aux réglementations sur le contrôle des exportations, aux normes de qualité et aux considérations géopolitiques, en particulier pour les clients américains.

• Établir et maintenir de solides relations avec les fournisseurs tout en identifiant des opportunités d’économies.

Qualifications :

• 5 à 10 ans d’expérience en gestion de contrats, ou 3 à 5 ans avec une formation juridique.

• Expérience en analyse de contrats dans le secteur manufacturier ou aérospatial.

• Connaissance des réglementations sur le contrôle des exportations et de la logistique pour les clients américains.

• Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Bilinguisme souhaité (anglais courant, français de base).

• Diplôme universitaire ou expérience équivalente.

• Serve as the primary contract advisor within the team, handling contract administration and resolving specific contractual issues.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure contract terms align with strategic goals.

• Negotiate complex contract elements, including 3PL amendments and forecast-based leverage strategies.

• Ensure compliance with export control, quality standards, and geopolitical considerations, especially for U.S.-based clients.

• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships while identifying opportunities for cost savings.

Qualifications:

• 5–10 years of experience in contract management, or 3–5 years with a legal experience or education.

• Experience in manufacturing or aerospace contract analysis.

• Familiarity with export control regulations and logistics for U.S. clients.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Bilingualism preferred (fluent English, French at a basic level).

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
