A leading organization in Toronto is seeking a Youth Worker to provide direct support to at-risk youth. The role involves assessing needs, crisis intervention, and advocacy. Candidates should have a degree in child and youth work and relevant experience. Competitive compensation and benefits are offered.

Contract: 1 Year
Level: 6
Schedule: Monday to Friday (8am to 4pm and 3pm to 11pm)

For over 40 years, Covenant House has been dedicated to its mission of serving youth on the street and protecting all youth with absolute respect and unconditional love. Since 1982, Covenant House has supported more than 100,000 young people.
The candidate will be responsible for the direct implementation of Covenant House’s philosophy, mission statement, and policies as they pertain to residential care.
