Covenant House Toronto is seeking a Youth Worker to implement its mission in residential care. Responsibilities include assessing youth needs, providing counseling, and crisis intervention. The role offers meaningful work, competitive compensation, and various employee benefits.

Schedule: Monday to Friday (8am to 4pm and 3pm to 11pm)

Our services include 24/7 crisis shelter, transitional housing, health and well-being support, training, skill development, and ongoing care in the community. Since 1982, Covenant House has supported over 100,000 young people, dedicated to serving youth with respect and unconditional love.
The candidate will be responsible for the direct implementation of Covenant House’s philosophy, mission statement, and policies as they pertain to residential care.

This role involves a schedule of Monday to Friday, alternating weekly shifts: 8am-4pm and 3pm-11pm.
