Job summary

Convergint Technologies Ltd is seeking a Supply Chain Administrator on a contract basis to support Supply Chain Specialists and Managers in Canada-wide operations. The role emphasizes timely task completion within the Materials Management program and building strong vendor relationships.

The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, proficiency in Excel/Outlook, and experience with accounts payable and inventory management.

Qualifications

• Diploma or certificate in customer service, business administration or purchasing is required.
• Minimum one year purchasing/buyer experience preferred.
• Experience with freight forwarding or logistics is a plus.
• Two years of customer service experience preferred.
• SCMP designation is an asset; bilingualism is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Generate purchase orders and prepare documentation for invoice approval.
• Track orders to ensure timely arrival per vendors’ confirmations.
• Administer credit, returns, and repair processes with supplier documentation.
• Code freight and brokerage invoices; coordinate with Accounts Payable.
• Produce Spend Analysis, Cost Management and PO Management reports.
